How credits are counted

Every paid action shows its cost before it runs.

1 report per property: Opening a property uses one report. Reopening it within 30 days is free. Asking for updated records uses another.
No result, no charge: A lookup that finds nothing is free. A standard lookup uses 1 credit. An advanced one uses 2, and we ask you first.
Watching uses reports: Watch as many properties as you like. Each check runs a fresh report and uses one report credit.
Chats and presentations share one allowance: A Spiro AI chat uses 1. A presentation uses 20.

Questions about plans

How does the $1 week work?

Starter is $1 for your first 7 days, then $99/month. Cancel before day 7 and your $1 is refunded automatically, with nothing to request. The offer is for a first Starter subscription with one seat.

Do Pro and Pro+ have a $1 week?

No. The $1 week is for Starter only. Pro and Pro+ start at their monthly price, and you can move up from Starter whenever you need more.

What happens when I reach an allowance?

That feature pauses until the 1st of next month. You are never billed for overage, and unused allowance does not roll over. On Starter you can move up to Pro for more.

Who pays for extra Pro+ seats?

Pro+ includes 3 seats. Each extra seat is $74.25/month: the agent can pay it, or the brokerage can cover 25%, 50% or 100% of it. You choose for each invite.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel renewal in billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
